jilavo Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account or playing any game, you automatically agree to these terms.

01. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jilavo platform and all its services. When you visit the jilavo website, create an account, or play any game, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

jilavo operates a reliable online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "we", "us" or "platform" refers to jilavo. "You", "user" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses this platform.

Important: These Terms have been prepared in English and are based on the laws and policies applicable to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute, this English version shall be considered final.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also govern your relationship with jilavo. You are specifically requested to read and understand these documents together.

02. Account Registration and Management

An active personal account is required to enjoy all gaming services on jilavo. During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information.

2.1 Registration Process

  • Each person may create only one account.
  • Only one account can be registered with a single mobile number or email address.
  • The information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
  • If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be permanently closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. You will bear full responsibility for any activity carried out on your account, unless it is proven that the unauthorised access occurred due to a fault on the platform.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilavo reserves the right to verify account authenticity at any time. If a national identity card, passport or any other identity document is requested, you must provide it within the specified time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03. Account Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and play games on jilavo:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must use this platform voluntarily and of your own decision.
  • Online gaming must be legal in the country or region from which you are using the platform.
  • You must not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme.
  • The account must be for personal use only — use on behalf of a third party or for business purposes is prohibited.
Age Verification: We believe the first step in ensuring responsible gaming is age verification. If an account belonging to someone under 21 is identified, it will be closed immediately.

04. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to make deposits on jilavo. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

  • No hidden charges or commissions are deducted on deposits.
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request being made.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
  • Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to carry out additional verification in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if the deposited funds have not been wagered at least once.

05. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jilavo offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer notification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. You will need to wager ৳50,000 to withdraw the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus must be used within a specified time limit.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
  • The same member cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
  • If fraudulent bonus claiming is proven, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.
  • jilavo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme.

06. Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the jilavo platform. Each game is developed by trusted game providers and operated on the basis of fair play principles.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely impartial and unpredictable. jilavo does not manipulate or interfere with the outcome of any game.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay — such as a disconnection, server error or browser crash — that particular round may be considered void. In such circumstances, jilavo's decision on the refund of wagered funds is final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Betting limits may differ when playing in bonus mode.

07. Responsible Gaming

jilavo gives responsible gaming the highest priority. Gaming is entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income.

  • Play within your means — never bet with borrowed money or by breaking into your savings.
  • Set your own limits on time spent playing and money spent, and stick to those limits.
  • If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact us.
  • Using the Self-Exclusion feature, you can temporarily close your account for a specified period.

08. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilavo platform:

  • Participation in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
  • Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots or automated methods.
  • Attempting to disrupt the platform's security systems or software.
  • Harassing, threatening or insulting other members.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and permanently, the balance will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilavo platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is our intellectual property. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Except for personal and non-commercial use, no part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, displayed or modified without the written permission of jilavo.

Content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) is protected by the intellectual property of the respective companies.

10. Limitation of Liability

jilavo endeavours to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
  • Technical issues with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  • Issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Losses arising from user negligence or breach of these Terms.

jilavo will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 By Us

jilavo may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete verification or provision of false information.
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • Legal obligations or government directives.

11.2 By You

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

12. Changes to Terms

jilavo reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms.

For significant changes, we will try to give reasonable notice. However, it is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly and stay informed about updates. The date of the last change to the terms will always be displayed at the top of the page.
